Shipping policy

Alcohol may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old, and only for personal use, not for resale or trade. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least 21. ID verification is required upon delivery. Carriers are only permitted to leave packages after obtaining an adult signature. For this reason, we recommend using a business address if you are not home during business hours.

We take every step to ensure a safe, fast, and efficient delivery of our wine to your door. We typically ship on Wednesdays and strongly encourage overnight delivery. We strongly urge customers not ship during the hot summer months. Extreme weather conditions may also delay shipping, as extreme heat and cold can damage wine. At this time, we are not shipping wine until October to avoid heat damage. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, please call us directly at (240) 998-9463.

By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) to deliver your order. Orders are shipped and taxed in accordance with state laws. We currently ship wine to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Shipping to states other than those listed is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if permitting is possible and allowed.

Local Delivery is for Maryland customers only. Distance restrictions apply. Someone over 21 years of age must be available to receive Local Deliveries.

Please contact us at operations@narcissowinecellar.com for deliveries to California, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.
