Refund policy

The quality of our wine is of utmost importance to us. It is a living product that changes over time based on age and storage conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order.

If you wish to return a product or if you refuse delivery of a shipment, your account will be credited upon receipt of the returned items, less the original shipping cost, a $20 return fee, and a $20 restocking fee. If a shipment is delivered, signed for, and then a refund is requested, this will be approved at the sole discretion of Narcisso Wine Cellar.

The only items we will replace are wines. We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed.  We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine ordered in error.  We will not ship wine if the forecast includes any extreme weather, to attempt to deliver our wines in the best possible condition. Please send an email to info@narcissowinecellar.com to arrange for the return of the corked or flawed product.  Contact us within three days of opening your bottle if you believe that your wine is flawed.

Once the wine is received, if we determine that the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a replacement, or, at our discretion, a full refund. Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution’s processing policy.
